Do you have room in your home for some extra love? Consider being a foster! When you foster one our rescues, you are preparing them for their forever happiness! We supply our foster families with a crate or pen, potty training pads, toys, and food. We only ask that you treat our dogs as if they were one of your own!

Foster families play a very important part in the success of a rescue. We are always in need of someone to love on our dogs until they can find someone to do it forever! If you have room in your home, please consider fostering with Puppy Haven.

Foster conditions:
I understand that any animal fostered through Puppy Haven Rescue is the property of Puppy Haven Rescue. If I fail to release any animal under my care back to Puppy Haven Rescue, I will be subject to legal recourse. If I wish to adopt my foster dog, I must complete the entire adoption application process. I understand that I take full responsibility for my foster dog and that Puppy Haven Rescue is not responsible for any injuries or damage caused by my foster.

1. My services to Puppy Haven Rescue are provided strictly in a voluntary capacity as a Volunteer, and without any express or implied promise of salary, compensation, or other payment of any kind

2. I will familiarize myself and comply with Puppy Haven Rescue policies and procedures that are applicable to Volunteers/Fosters. I fully understand that PHR expects high standards of moral and ethical treatment of the animals under its I will adhere strictly to these standards as a Volunteer/Foster.

3. I understand that I am a representative of the Puppy Haven Rescue, and I will present myself in a professional manner when interacting with the public at PHR social events or with fellow

RELEASE

1. I understand that the handling of animals, volunteering, and fostering on behalf of Puppy Haven Rescue may place me in a hazardous situation and could result in injury to me or my personal On behalf of myself, and my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, I hereby release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Puppy Haven Rescue and its directors, officers, volunteers, members, and agents from all claims, causes of action and demands of any nature, whether known or unknown, or in any connection with my Volunteer activities on behalf of PHR.

2. I understand that public relations are an important part of a Volunteer’s activities on behalf of the Puppy Haven Rescue, I hereby authorize PHR to use any photographs of me in its possession for public relations I ask that Puppy Haven Rescue use reasonable efforts to give me notice of any such use, but such notification is not a condition to release photographs for public relations purposes.

3. In signing this release, I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing waiver of liability and hold harmless I understand it and sign it voluntarily. I am at least 18 years of age and fully competent. All residing members of the household will sign below. Please put "NA" if no other adults in your household.
