Story: She was released by a breeder.

Sally O’Malley is a timid, 10 lb girl that’s definitely had a rough start in life. Being surrendered by her owner, it’s obvious she was never shown what it was like to be a happy-go-lucky pup and is now trying to find her place in the world one step at a time. Despite being fearful, she still wags her tail when spoken softly to and is slowly learning what it means to have a family of her very own.

She is crate trained and settles quickly into her safe space with no protest, preferring to eat her meals inside it at night when no one is watching. While her foster moms are away, she is allowed free roam of the house and has had no accidents or chewing episodes. She is fully potty trained, though it is best to have a long leash attached to her while outside – since she has not learned any recalls and will spend all of her time outside frolicking in the sunshine if you let her.

Sally is slowly being leash trained and is growing more confident around her foster family each day. She ignores the cats in the household and will need a quiet home with either another low energy dog to help her feel comfortable and needing someone patient to help break her out of her shell. She likely needs to be in a home with any kids 8 or older too. But with time, she is sure to finally blossom into the sweetest girl imaginable!
