Story: Robin Hood was abandoned at a rent house
Robin Hood has had a tough start. He was adopted from Tulsa Animal Welfare in early March, then abandoned when his adopter moved at the end of March. He was not trusting of people so it took a couple weeks of feeding, then hand feeding to capture him. Once in a home with other dogs his trust continued to improve. Robin Hood is great with other dogs, even big dogs, and runs like a deer when he plays. He’s respectful of cats. Robin Hood likes to cuddle in bed in the morning, but you still need to be sitting down for him to allow you to pet him. He needs a patient person to call his own, who he can learn to trust. Robin Hood is fully potty trained and working on improving his leash walking skills. He’s left out in the house when his fosters are gone and does not get into trouble and sleeps uncrated at night without incident. Robin Hood is very food motivated which is handy on recall!
