Pepper is a gentle, loving girl who’s just starting to discover how wonderful life in a home can be. She truly wants to be loved and, with a little time and patience, her sweet personality really begins to shine. Pepper tends to feel more comfortable with women at first, but as she builds trust, she blossoms into a loyal and affectionate companion.

She’s still learning the ropes… like potty training and everyday routines, so she’ll need a family willing to give her grace as she adjusts. Pepper prefers the comfort of her cozy dog bed and is happiest when she feels safe and secure. As she settles in, she’s begun seeking out pets and attention on her own and is even starting to show a playful side, which is so special to see.

Pepper would do wonderfully in a home that can offer her lots of love, patience, and encouragement. A friendly dog sibling could also help her gain confidence and show her the ways of the home. With time, she’s going to make someone incredibly lucky to call her their own.
