Story: Milton was surrendered to us when his owner died

Milton is simply an angel looking for a companion for the rest of his days. Milton will hang out on the couch, stay in bed on weekends and ride shotgun anywhere and any time with very little muss and almost no fuss! He will trot behind you like a little duckling following its mom because he wants to be where you are. He’s an old man so his hearing and sight isn’t great. He doesn’t have many teeth left, BUT he eats his canned mush like a champ. He gets along really well with other dogs and doesn’t give a rip about cats. And he’s a talker. If he wants something, you’ll hear about it. For an old man, he does pretty good pottying outside. He’ll tell you when he has to go! The best part though is when he snuggles close at night. Once he leans his head on you, you’ll melt. We can’t say enough about how sweet this old man is. He deserves the softest lap for all of his days.
