Story: Ludwig was surrendered to us by his owner

Ludwig loves his person deeply. While he is friendly with all humans and most other dogs, he has bonded deeply to the female in the home! He would do best in a home with older kiddos and no pets smaller than him. Ludwig enjoys really long walks, kibble (he’s incredibly food motivated), and sleeping by the fireplace! He is crate trained and does fine left alone during the day in his crate. He is still working on potty training, but doesn’t mind at all wearing his belly band just in case! His favorite thing in the world is to be right next to you, wherever you are, but especially in bed. His foster mom’s favorite thing about him is that he is ALWAYS ready for a little snooze! 

Ludwig had one seizure at his foster home and so has started a reasonably-priced pill treatment to keep that at bay, and he takes his pills like a champ! He has not experienced any episodes in four weeks.
