Story: She was rescued from the Chandler shelter while pregnant, in which she was scheduled to be euthanized. Our team raced to get her, but got caught in an ice storm on the way back. Lovie was then in labor and delivering puppies in the car. Thankfully, a Love’s gas station let Lovie and our team inside to have a warm space to deliver her babies.

Lovie is a very chill adult who is looking for her best friend. She was featured on the news as the dog who gave birth to a litter of puppies at Love’s during an ice storm! Her puppies have been adopted but she’s still waiting for her special person to hang out with. Lovie is potty trained, well behaved in the house, and low activity. If you’re looking for a special companion who doesn’t require too much exercise, Lovie is for you! She is ready to spend her days with her person just hanging. We love this lovie girl!
