Kirk is a sweet little guy, he has made so much progress in the few weeks he’s been with his foster family! He is still learning to trust and has warmed up to his foster mom the most. He is still very timid in new situations and with new people. He is a very nervous boy. A quiet home would probably be the best fit for him. He’s doing great with potty training and uses a puppy pad when he can’t make it outside.

Kirk is very affectionate and loves snuggles and being near his foster mom. He has chosen her closet instead of the crate to hang out since it’s quiet and cozy! He was scared of the new dogs in the home at first but quickly warmed up to them and they are now buddies so slow introductions with new pets will be needed.

Kirk will need a lot of love, time and patience as he continues to adjust to home life but he will be the best little companion for the someone that gives him that chance!
