Story: Janet Jackson was rescued from a breeder shutdown

Meet Janet Jackson, a total sweetheart with the most beautiful, soulful eyes and a heart full of love. She’s a perfect mix of playful and snuggly, bringing bursts of fun energy followed by the best cozy nap sessions. Janet does great with other dogs and is good with children, though she can be a little nervous at first (especially around younger kids). She’s learning the ropes of crate training and improving every day, and while she has occasional accidents, she does really well with frequent potty breaks. She’s also starting to discover the joy of toys, especially chew toys and absolutely loves to cuddle up with her people.

Janet is very attached to her humans and prefers not to let them out of her sight, so she’ll thrive in a home where she gets lots of companionship and reassurance. Like many puppies, she’s still in her curious (and chewy!) phase, so she’ll need to be crated or supervised when left alone. She has a funny little habit of “helping” with laundry, if anything is left out, she’ll happily grab it and run off to give it a good lick! With patience, structure, and lots of love, Janet is going to grow into an incredibly devoted and affectionate companion.
