Story: Gus was born in rescue to mama Mollie, adopted out as a pup and recently returned due to no fault of his own

Gus is a sweet, friendly, goofy guy that just wants to be right by your side! He attaches to his humans quickly! He loves to play and will show his excitement by growling (totally happily) when he holds a toy. It’s the cutest thing! He’s GREAT with other dogs and loves to play and run until he can’t anymore! He loves being in the backyard with all his foster siblings by his side! He would do best in a home with other dogs.

Gus sleeps in a dog bed at night and has been left unattended (with his foster siblings) in the house without incident! He gets a little anxious in the crate, so would do best in a home he can be trusted to be out of. He doesn’t realize he’s not puppy-size anymore so he needs someone to understand his energy and give him lots of play time! Gus wants approval and takes correction well. He is easy to train and veryyy smart!
