Ellie Bellie was dropped at shelter with her newborn puppies after being saved from a hoarding case. The shelter is no place to raise babies, so she got to come to the PHR Dog House and raise them in peace! She was skinny, had almost no hair, and then…we found out she was heartworm positive.
