Tiny Cosette is Heartworm positive :(.

Cosette was saved from a shelter. We have no idea what her story was before that, but we’re so happy she’s out! Unknown to any of us, Cosette has been fighting for her life. She has heart worms. We’re so happy we got her in time to treat her and get her back on the road to her forever family!
