Story: Betsy was rescued from OKCAW

Betsy is the sweetest girl with the perfect mix of playful and laid-back! She absolutely loves meeting new people and is wonderful with kids (she can just get excited). She’s house-trained, crate-trained, knows “sit,” isn’t a big barker, and is very motivated by treats! Betsy loves to be part of the fun and can be super bouncy when she gets excited, so she’ll need a privacy fence or someone who can keep a close eye on her while she’s outside until she’s comfortable in the home. 

Betsy is still working on her manners and can pull quite hard on leash, so she would do best with someone who is patient and willing to continue working with her on training! She is very smart. She is respectful of her foster’s senior Chiweenie, but she will need purposeful, proper introductions when meeting new dogs. With her sweet personality, playful spirit, and love for people, Betsy is sure to be a wonderful companion for someone willing to help her continue learning and growing!
