Story: Corgnelius was surrendered to us by his owner

Corgnelius is your typical corgi. Bossy, sweet, sassy, cuddly, food motivated, loud and all things spunky. He enjoys a good toy and loves a game of fetch. He can be a bit standoffish when you go to pick him up. He will let you know what he likes and does not like (like the vacuum, blowdryer, loud noises, etc). Corgelius can be a bit shy at first but opens up quickly once he feels comfortable. While he does not like the crate, he will sit quietly in it once you get him in it. He is almost potty and doggy for trained with a few accidents here and there. He sleeps snuggled in between his his two foster parents in bed at night and is crated during the day while the fosters are out. He LOVES his 7 year old human foster brother but can be a bit rough with playing (typical corgi) so a home with an older child who knows boundaries would be best. While he enjoys his doggy foster siblings, he can get a bit overwhelmed when they get TOO playful. So a respectful yet playful dog would be beneficial. He has not been around cats but with being a herding breed, it may not be recommended. Corgelius is a very sweet dog but needs the right home to fully see him to his potential. Research of the breed is recommended!
