Finn was saved while at the emergency room. His owner had brought him in, bloodied, his eye hanging out, and fighting for his life after his mom attacked him. Unfortunately, they couldn’t do much to help him. Fortunately, the local vet called Puppy Haven to see if we could help. She felt like he had a chance, so we said yes!

After a day getting stable, we risked taking him into surgery to remove his eye. He was in so much pain, and we knew he wouldn’t keep fighting for his life through so much pain for too long. It was risky with his skull fracture and other injuries, but the rewards outweighed the risk so we went for it. He made it through surgery and has remained at the hospital since. He’s improving every day, and we’re hopeful for a full recovery.

We can’t always say yes in situations like this, but we’re so grateful our community has come through for him. Finn’s on the road to recovery, and we can’t wait to see him thrive!
