Story: Izzie was saved from abandonment with 30+ other dogs

Meet Izzie! Izzie approaches life with curiosity and affection. She’s still learning that big dogs can be fun friends and is slowly getting more comfortable around them. Izzie is very food motivated, which makes training fun and rewarding, she’s already working on learning “place.” When it comes to cuddle time, Izzie’s favorite spot is right in your lap or on her back wedged next to you and the arm of the chair. She’s a total snuggle pro!

Izzie is doing well with potty training and is learning the routine on a schedule. She sleeps great in her crate at night and doesn’t mind resting there, especially if she’s close to her people. She does have a bit of a soft spot for shoes, so keeping those picked up is a good idea! Izzie can occasionally get a little carsick, but with time and more rides she’ll likely grow out of it. We’re not sure yet how she is with kids or cats, but she’s very gentle and doesn’t play bite, she much prefers giving sweet puppy kisses! Izzie is truly a lover and even tries to sneak kisses to the big dogs whenever she gets the chance.
