Hunter is a big boy with an even bigger heart! He loves being part of the action and is always ready to join whatever adventure you have planned. He is fully potty trained with zero accidents in foster care and is crate trained as well. Just show him a treat and he’ll happily run right into his crate where he sleeps peacefully all night.
Hunter is a people-loving dog who enjoys meeting new people and soaking up attention. He’s also a huge foodie, which makes training easy. He already knows “sit,” “down,” and “wait.” He rides great in the car & loads up easily!
Hunter can be reactive when meeting new dogs, especially smaller ones. However, with slow, proper introductions, he does fine! Because of his size and enthusiasm, he would do best in a home without young children. He isn’t aggressive, he just doesn’t realize how big he is and is convinced he’s a 20-pound lap dog! He’s always ready for playtime. Toys are Hunter’s favorite thing. He’s a very loyal, affectionate companion with lots of love to give!
