Whoopie Pie is tiny but mighty! She’s the smallest in her foster home’s house but she doesn’t let that slow her down! This girl loves getting rowdy with her foster dogs, big and small. She takes a minute to warm up to human cuddles but once she does, she’s all yours! Whoopie Pie will cover you with kisses and will convince you to play with her all day long with her sweet puppy eyes. She sleeps all night in her crate with her foster siblings and she’s working on puppy pad training!
