Story: Eloise was found as a stray

Eloise was found wandering around a neighborhood with some scratches and pavement burns. She was eager to follow us home as we went about our daily morning walk. When we first tried to invite her inside our home she hesitated. She didn’t seem to understand the concept of a doorway, or perhaps even the great indoors as a whole. Once she crept inside and realized that the indoors was like the outdoors but with cozier places to rest and squeakier squekers to squeak she didn’t look back. She’s fiercely loyal, adorably playful, gives phenomenal hugs, and is ever omnipresent in her efforts to defend the homestead from those pesky squirrels. She’s the type of gal that deserves a stable, loving home she can watch over, with family that will protect her just as diligently.
