Story: Echo was found as a stray

Echo is best described as a gentle, kind and tender soul. His exterior may suggest he could be a fierce protector, but his pooh bear adjacent interior says otherwise. He’s just a baby he says! If you’re looking for your next agility partner, I suggest you pass by, Echo is more of an all day Harry Potter marathon type of friend with a side of a short lived five minute zoom session.

Echo is crate trained, knows basic commands (sit, stay, down, recall), he’s trustworthy left out in the house, potty trained, sleeps in a dog bed beside his foster every night, eats well with others, is a quiet passenger and is a friend to all walks of life big and small! Dog friendly, cat friendly and livestock friendly! He enjoys toys, treats, snuggles, belly rubs and morning coffee patio time.

He had a rough start to life as a lone survivor after being dumped in rural OK and was fending for himself for most of his adolescent months til rescued and found with many open wounds and scars. Due to this he is cautiously shy when first meeting someone, but quickly warms up with pets and will remember them as a friend for life. He can be rather timid with new experiences and shuts down when scared, but with a lot of love he gains confidence and tries his best to be brave for you.

If you’re looking for the most lovable clumsy dorky pup who will warm your heart and your rug, consider Echo. He will require a yard fence higher than 4ft if left unattended in the yard, he doesn’t go anywhere, but he will go to the front door in hopes you notice him there and let him back in to be with you!
