Casey is a female cattledog mix around two years old. We originally pulled her from the Enid shelter while pregnant, and she delivered her puppies in our rescue. Casey is looking for her perfect forever home, and has been waiting so patiently!
Casey has a true cattle dog personality! She is loyal, energetic and would do best with an owner who will maintain her training. She has found a lot of success with her current trainer and would benefit from continuing regular training. Casey is very loving and is happy to give lots of cuddles and affection to her person. Casey frequently attends doggy daycare and does great with the other dogs there. At home, she tends to be the alpha dog in her pack and she likes to play! If there is another dog in the home, it would be best if they were also active and playful. Casey would do best in a home with a fence and no kids or cats.
Casey is smart and picks up things quickly! She is kennel trained, house trained, and knows basic commands. Like most cattle dogs, she can be easily alarmed by loud noises and bright lights and needs an owner who is willing to work with her to make her the best version of herself. This girl will make the perfect companion for the right home!
