Story: Austin was rescued from the Amarillo shelter. He was recently returned due to no fault of his own.

Austin may be a big boy, but he’s a sweet puppy at heart! He gets along with other dogs – boys and girls, no matter the size! He has a foster brother who is his size and age and absolutely loves playing with him. He would love having a sibling to play with or an active parent. He would definitely would be happiest with a big yard to run around and play ball. He loves playing fetch with a ball or toys – bud could go for hours! As soon as he gets sleepy, get ready for the snuggles. He sleeps in bed with his foster mom and takes regular naps on the couch with his foster brother. When his foster mom goes to work, he stays at home with his foster brother and is so well-behaved. Austin loves to put his collar on and go for walks. He will sit and wag his tail till you clip it on! He is potty trained and knows basic commands. He is the sweetest boy and truly cannot wait to find his forever family and finally know what real love is!
